Develop and oversee the delivery of sales training programs tailored for both internal sales professionals and external channel sales representatives. This includes a mix of in-person, eLearning, and virtual sessions designed to meet the specific needs of different divisions and areas. Ensure these programs align with the current intake and prioritization process to maximize their impact.
Own and execute robust training following the global framework and learning journeys.
These solutions should be comprehensive and adaptable, incorporating methodologies such as ACE, DRIVE, and SPEED programs. Ensure the training content is relevant and up-to-date, reflecting the latest industry trends and best practices.
Provide support for in-field coaching needs by collaborating with divisional leaders to identify priorities and requirements. Enhance manager coaching interactions by developing strategies that drive accountability and improve coaching effectiveness. Offer guidance and resources to managers to facilitate better coaching practices.
Implement systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives within the Area APAC. Collect and analyze feedback to refine training programs, ensuring they evolve from foundational to intermediate and advanced levels. Provide detailed reports that align with area expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of training journeys.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Sales Leaders and key stakeholders across divisions and global areas. Work collaboratively to ensure training programs are tailored to meet localization needs and are effectively translated and proofread. Engage with stakeholders at various levels of leadership to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training. Use this knowledge to inform the design and delivery of training programs, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in a rapidly changing market environment. Leverage insights to innovate and enhance training strategies, keeping them at the forefront of industry standards.
