You advise customers on mobile, internet, TV, and digital solutions.
You find the best solution for technical inquiries and disruptions for our customers – by phone, via chat, and by email.
You support contract renewals, tariff changes, new contracts, and accessory sales.
You explain our digital products, apps, and services in an understandable way.
With your smile, you ensure a top customer experience and contribute to the success of the A1 Technical Service.
