ICT Presales Experts

We are looking for three ICT presales experts from different areas: Cyber Security, System Integration, ICT Solutions and Products. Work location: Ljubljana or Maribor.

Your tasks will be:

• Collaborating with the sales and technical team in planning system and security solutions.
• Advising clients on the selection and implementation of ICT solutions (M365, SD-WAN, cyber security, infrastructure).
• Preparing technical specifications, documentation, and proposals.
• Integrating cloud and local solutions into business environments.
• Supporting migrations, process digitalization, and IT environment optimization.
• Collaborating in testing, development, and introduction of new products and services.

We expect:

• A degree in a technical field or other relevant education.
• Knowledge of business ICT solutions (Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, security solutions, system architecture) and understanding of cyber security.
• Active knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Self-initiative, organization, and good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Analytical skills.
• Driving license B category.

Advantages for the position ICT Presales Expert – Cyber Security:

• Certifications in the field of cyber security (CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.).
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, SOC or automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Knowledge of forensic tools and ethical hacking techniques.
• Experience in risk analysis and support in ensuring compliance with regulations (ISO 27001, NIS2).

Advantages for the position ICT Presales Expert – System Integration:

• Certifications in the field of ICT solutions (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet).
• Experience with cloud and network infrastructure.
• Experience with M365 environment administration.
• Work experience in MSP/MSSP environment.

Advantages for the position ICT Presales Expert – ICT Solutions and Products:

• Certifications in the field of ICT solutions (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Veeam, Acronis, virtualization).
• Experience with the integration of various business applications.
• Understanding of the needs of business users and designing solutions that support digital transformation of companies.
• Knowledge of IT service automation and the use of scripting languages.
