Group/Personal Life Account Executive

For our client—a rapidly growing insurance brokerage company—we are looking for a Group/Personal Life Account Executive to staff the company’s central office in Taurus (near the ΗΣΑΠ Kallithea station).

The holder of the position will be responsible for the support, management, and development of the corporate and individual client portfolio in the Life Insurance sectors, both in Group and Individual Programs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for corporate and private clients, cultivating long-term and stable trust relationships.
• Analyze the life and health needs of clients to personalize and optimize insurance proposals.
• Design and present proposals for products such as Group Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Accident Insurance, Retirement Insurance, and Wellness Programs.
• Draft and submit insurance proposals (broking submissions) and comparison tables, as well as manage policy renewals.
• Negotiate terms with insurance companies and collaborate with underwriting for the best coverage and pricing.
• Monitor payment progress and renewals, ensuring the ongoing protection of clients.
• Manage claims, support clients, and coordinate with the claims department until final settlement.
• Develop cross-selling and up-selling strategies in the existing portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to provide informed solutions.
• Prepare reports and advisory materials for the company and clients.
