Bij Property to Market bouw je mee aan de commerciële groei van een innovatieve softwareoplossing voor vastgoedverhuur en -verkoop. We helpen projectontwikkelaars, makelaars en woningcorporaties om kandidaten snel, slim en veilig te verbinden met vastgoed. We are ambitieus and want to grow in new business and as Sales Development Representative you play a key role.

How Does Your Day Look

You are responsible for the inflow and follow-up of leads. You create new opportunities through active approach, ensure that incoming requests do not remain unanswered and qualify prospects sharply before transferring them to your sales colleagues. At the same time, you contribute to structural growth by supporting and optimizing campaigns, making pipeline and progress transparent with reports and signaling opportunities through market and tender information. You focus completely on creating and preparing new commercial opportunities for sales. In practice, this comes down to:

  • Actively prospecting through cold calling and email (80-90% outbound)
  • Actively following up on incoming leads (telephone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Capturing and managing lead information in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Working together with marketing and sales to optimize lead quality
  • Identifying, qualifying leads and monitoring the pipeline until transfer to the Account Executives
  • Setting up, executing and optimizing campaigns
  • Weekly reporting on MQLs, SQLs and SALs
  • Performing lead nurturing: keeping leads warm until they are sales ready
  • Collecting prospect research, market trends and customer insights
  • Checking tender systems, assessing relevance per trajectory and providing follow-up to sales or account management

What We Are Looking For

  • You have at least commercial experience in a B2B environment and understand how to approach complex organizations. Experience with tenders or the public sector is a plus.
  • You communicate strongly, both by telephone and in writing, in Dutch and English.
  • You are hands-on with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot, or you learn this quickly.
  • You work accurately with data, keep dashboards up to date and ensure the quality of your intake.
  • You are self-starting and like to take initiative.
  • You feel comfortable in a new role that is still in development.
  • You work closely with the sales team to translate goals into concrete actions.
  • You get energy from scoring, can handle a "no" and keep going.
  • You are curious, dare to experiment and always think: how can this be smarter?

A plus: experience in the real estate sector or with SaaS products.

What We Offer You

  • Salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance
  • Performance bonus of up to two monthly salaries
  • 27 vacation days (full-time), with extra days at 5 and 10 years of service
  • Possibility to buy 15 vacation days
  • Pension scheme with ASR (80% paid by Aareon)
  • Study cost reimbursement for training and certifications
  • Hybrid working possible, office in Amsterdam and home
  • Workweek of 40 hours, part-time negotiable (minimum 32 hours)
