We helpen projectontwikkelaars, makelaars en woningcorporaties om kandidaten snel, slim en veilig te verbinden met vastgoed. We are ambitieus and want to grow in new business and as Sales Development Representative you play a key role.
You are responsible for the inflow and follow-up of leads. You create new opportunities through active approach, ensure that incoming requests do not remain unanswered and qualify prospects sharply before transferring them to your sales colleagues. At the same time, you contribute to structural growth by supporting and optimizing campaigns, making pipeline and progress transparent with reports and signaling opportunities through market and tender information. You focus completely on creating and preparing new commercial opportunities for sales. In practice, this comes down to:
