Location: Mobile, AL (In-Office Only) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday some weekends | In-Office Only

Position Overview

A & Associates is seeking a full-time, in-office Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Mobile, AL. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through strategic insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on property and casualty insurance options
• Generate and close leads through outbound efforts and inbound inquiries
• Prepare policy quotes, assist with applications, and process renewals
• Ensure all client interactions meet state compliance and carrier standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems
• Meet performance goals and contribute to team success

Required Qualifications

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with insurance platforms and quoting tools
• Must be available to work full-time in our Mobile, AL office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of both personal and commercial insurance lines
• Familiarity with Alabama insurance carriers and underwriting processes
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus but not required
