This Position reports to: ELSE Local Marketing and Sales Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process, adapting ABB products to customer applications to meet their requirements and specifications.

Each day, you will select optimized products and technologies for adaptation, prepare the corresponding documentation, and act as a key technical resource for the assigned area.

You will also demonstrate your experience by identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

The work model for this role is: hybrid.

This position contributes to the Electrification Business in Lima, Peru.

You Will Be Primarily Responsible For:

  • Developing and implementing solutions, product packages, and software applications together with your team.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicating the capability of ABB solutions to meet those needs.
  • Coordinating product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB solutions.
  • Supporting in the preparation of sales proposals and contract negotiations to secure new business.
  • Preparing the technical documentation and acting as a key technical resource for the assigned area.

Requirements for the Role

  • You have a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field, with proven experience in applying technical knowledge to commercial opportunities.
  • You possess high competencies in applying the portfolio of products and solutions (digitalization, ABB Digital, automation, protections, communications, Advisory services, electrical studies, reliability and safety audits) to customer applications in the electrification and automation market.
  • You have more than 3 years of experience in technical sales and can demonstrate advanced skills in supporting the sales process, adapting products and solutions to specific customer requirements.
  • You communicate fluently in English (intermediate-advanced).
  • You have availability to travel up to 25% of your time.
