This position reports to: Project Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day, you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also demonstrate your capabilities by managing the execution of various business processes and programs.

The work model for the role is: Marginal employment, fixed contract limited to 2 years

• Research on the assignment of projects at the customer's site by telephone
• Entry of phone calls in Salesforce
• Update of projects in Salesforce
• Communication of the results to colleagues in sales

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• You are familiar working with MS Office and have advanced knowledge
• Likes to communicate with customers by phone
• Very good knowledge of German is mandatory, good knowledge of English

This position is subject to the marginal income threshold of € 551,10 gross per month and is a fixed-term contract for 2 years. The provisions of the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria apply.
