This position reports to: Senior Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Technical Proposal Engineer, you will play a key role in developing competitive proposals and technical solutions that make a difference for our customers. You will work closely with the sales organization and be involved throughout the proposal process—from initial customer contact to order delivery. This role suits someone who thrives in the intersection of technology, business, and customer interaction. In this role, you will:

• Support salespeople in technical proposals and perform cost calculations related to MNS 3.0
• Prepare complete proposals for both Swedish and international customers, ensuring quality and follow-up
• Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews, both physically and digitally
• Ensure that customer standards are up-to-date and work structured in Salesforce
• Update and develop the solution database and contribute to improvements in our technical systems
• Participate in order handover, product planning, and internal sales meetings
• Conduct technical presentations and customer trainings as needed

Qualifications for the Role:

• You have a technical education or equivalent experience in electrical power or automation.
• You have experience with technical solutions in the industry.
• You are meticulous, structured, and have the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have a business mindset and thrive in a role with customer contact.
