This position reports to:

EL Customer Operations Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement the sales support strategy for a designated area, in line with the global support strategy, with focus on pre-sales support to achieve order placement. Each day, you will oversee the estimations, bids, and proposals and ensure alignment with the ABB standards and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by focusing on achieving assigned targets by escalating to ensure timely resolution, as needed.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification Market in the US Market. Main stakeholders are Account Managers, Contractors, End Users.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the Sales team in all pre-sale customer activities (pre-sale technical questions, lead time and availability, product reference based on Electrical Specifications, etc.).
• Maintaining proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and providing them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• People leader of a highly skilled group of individuals. Ensuring continuous training and develop strategies to close gaps by analyzing business KPIs.

Qualifications For The Role

• You are highly skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and the US Electrification Market through NEMA Products.
• You have 5 years of experience in Engineering or Technical Support Roles.
• You are passionate about coaching others and leading through example.
• Have a demonstrated track record in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
