This Position reports to: Operations Manager
The mission of the Service Robotics Product Line is to grow our robotics business beyond traditional manufacturing and logistics industries. Tapping into our broad portfolio of products and cutting-edge technology, Service Robotics focuses on bringing the benefits of automation to customers in the healthcare, life sciences, food service and retail point of sale segments.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and customers during the proposal and solution definition phases for laboratory automation opportunities. Each day, you will contribute your expertise in laboratory workflows, scientific processes, and automation technologies to help define technically sound and commercially competitive solutions aligned with customer needs.
You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a key technical resource for laboratory automation applications, supporting customer discussions, translating workflow requirements into automation concepts, and collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and external partners.

This role is contributing to the Service Robotics Product Line in Europe.
You will be mainly accountable for:

You are highly skilled in and passionate about laboratory workflows, scientific processes, and laboratory automation technologies, with strong understanding of research, diagnostics, or quality control laboratory operations.
You bring +4 years of experience in laboratory environments, laboratory automation, analytical instrumentation, or related scientific fields, including hands-on experience with laboratory workflows, process optimization, or automation implementation projects. Experience implementing automation solutions in laboratories as an end user is considered a strong plus.
You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to understand laboratory workflow requirements and support the definition of automation concepts and technical solutions.
You have the ability to translate customer laboratory processes and operational needs into automation requirements, workflow concepts, and technical inputs for engineering, product, or proposal teams.
You are driven by collaboration and innovation, with strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills in technical and customer-facing environments.
You hold a degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience, with solid knowledge of laboratory technologies and automation concepts.
You have excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
