This position reports to: Head - Human Capital - India & Southeast
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage all regional/local sales activities and ensure that the related Business Unit(s) substantially increase sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction in the selected market segments. You will develop and implement a market-based strategy and build long-lasting relationships with key customers.
Each day, you will define, plan, direct, and execute the overall sales strategy for the region to meet both qualitative and quantitative targets across products, systems, and services. You will also bring experienced leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing a capable sales team with clear KPIs and performance matrices.

This role contributes to the Sales function for ABB's Automation portfolios in Maharashtra & Southeast Asia. Main stakeholders include OEM customers, Industry teams, Global/Local Key Accounts, Operations, Supply Chain, and Channel Partners.
