This position reports to:
Local Division Manager, Ports Electrification
The Sales Manager and Marketing will develop and maintain an effective sales strategy within the specified market scope, with the aim of improving ABB's market penetration and achieving its growth aspirations. Define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of the sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives in products, systems, and/or services, ensuring sustainable growth in orders, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Proactively supervise sales performance, ensuring the development and implementation of corrective actions to ensure business growth when necessary. Lead, develop, and train the sales organization (other managers and sales specialists within the scope) to achieve business objectives through high performance.
This position supports our Ports Electrification business unit, the main product is the sale of port electrification projects globally.
The work model for this position is: Onsite
This position contributes to the strategy and implementation of the sales management actions related to the projects of the business unit.
