Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

  • Be responsible for Metal & Plastic business and lead both team members and business growth in GI;
  • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in a position to understand customer requirements.
  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Manage team members at regular basis and secure business result delivery
  • Develop new opportunities with prospective customers to acquire new business in responsible market, via visit prospects within our sales focus specified in the prospect, attach plans, collect all the required technical information (number of different parts, drawings, cycle time etc.) and sales information (decision maker, budget, date of order etc.)
  • Maintain existing business and customers, establish professional customer relationship with our existing accounts through regular visits and calls to know their needs, meanwhile work for gaining new business opportunities from existing customers.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales team, application center and sales support to align solution design with customers' business requirements
  • Develop proven record of achieving a collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence of regarding competitive products, customer needs and preference
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
  • Has a deep understanding of company sales processes and applies tools in a broad variety of situations to conduct daily work
  • Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Perform other relative duties as assigned
  • Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial/mechanical-electronic engineering or related field
  • 3 years working experience and at least 2 years in sales position of selling investment equipment for industrial automation
  • Foreign invested company strongly desired
  • Experience in develop and manage sales channels is preferred
  • With high flexibility
  • Proactive, aggressive and initiative
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skill
  • A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
