This position reports to Cluster Sales Director.
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement the sales strategy in the assigned area. Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach the front-end sales team. You will also manage some of the key accounts directly. You will also showcase your expertise by designing and managing the sales action plan to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a sustainable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
