This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This position reports to:

Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
  • Acquisition of key customers in the respective OEM market.
  • Look after and consult customers in the respective OEM market.
  • Analyze, establish and expand networks with key-institutions (strategic end-customers, system-integrators, reseller, universities, associations) in the respective market/industry.
  • Analyze technical trends and innovations as well as derive and communicate corresponding recommendations internally as well as to the other subsidiaries.
  • Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing etc.) to the adequate departments.
  • Analyze and communicate necessary strategic marketing activities (industry and competition analysis) to the adequate departments and subsidiaries.
  • Responsible for reaching the targets in turnover and units in the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years key account sales experience in Auto OEM market.
  • Be familiar with the Auto four major processes.
  • Be familiar with Press Maker and the stamping workshop & press automation solutions.
  • With high flexibility.
  • Proactive, aggressive and initiative.
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications.
  • Good sales track record.
