As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within the Advisory Operations Division. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of ABB Core Advisory services and pricing structures
  • Identifying leads, managing prospects, and acquiring new business by determining customer needs and proposing appropriate service solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Preparing and delivering sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers
  • Utilizing the company's CRM system daily (scheduling and documenting activities/developing prospective customer profiles)
  • Completing required Customer Service Agreements (unaltered), reports, and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy
  • Regularly meeting with Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers

Your background:

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferred
  • Intermediate Power Point and Excel skills
  • Consultive sales approach to customer service
  • Experience with Arc Flash, Infrared, Electrical Preventative Maintenance or LOTO including a good knowledge of Electrical Safety, preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

Time off

ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Vacation is provided based on years of service for hourly and non-exempt positions. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $57,400 and $91,840 annually and is bonus eligible.
