This position reports to: Finance Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

Risk Review Specialist who is responsible for global and local projects risk review, Documents review and processing (e.g. contract, LOA, POA) for Primary Switchgear business.

Main Accountabilities

• Contract review
  • Review company sales contracts (in some cases purchasing contracts) to identify the risks and revise the contract terms according to ABB policy and company requirement.
  • Coordinate with country legal, insurance and IP functions to ensure key contract terms are in line with ABB requirement.
  • Support sales to negotiate with the customer for the contract terms if required.
  • Customer's credit assessment
  • Sales contract chop management, ensure all contracts to be stamped are in line with the approved T&Cs.
• Global/local risk review
  • Familiar with global/local risk review management related policies and properly implement during daily work.
  • Initiate and complete risk review according to group/local guideline.
  • Coordinate the risk review meeting and able to present risks and opportunities to management
  • Provide risk review training to sales and other functions
• LOA&POA review
  • Review and revise LOA and POA to ensure all LOA and POA issued could meet company requirement.
• Others: Other commercial support when necessary

Ability

• Work in strong sense of responsibility and good work attitude
• Be good competence on handling job under pressure
• Strong cross function coordination skills, good teamwork spirit, problem-solving skill.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, preferable major in Finance, Law, International trade, Economic related.
• A good understanding of Contract Law / Terms and Conditions
• A good understanding of project risk analysis, preferable above 3-4 years of contract review experiences in related area.
• Working in matrix organization and demonstration of achievements will be preferred
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good at Microsoft Software: Excel, Power Point etc.
