This position reports to: Cluster Manager (AU/ZA/SEA) and LBL Manager (AU) - Mining & Materials

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for Australia market. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
  • Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
  • Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
  • Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications for the role

  • Over 10 years of experience in leading sales and business profitability.
  • Passionate about driving business growth and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in developing long-term plans and aligning decisions with business goals.
  • Ability to lead a team and develop and guide them to success.
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or another relevant course.
