We are looking for a Clinical Sales Specialist – TAVI - Structural Heart to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will act as a trusted expert on structural heart therapies and medical devices, partnering closely with physicians and hospital teams to support excellent clinical outcomes while driving sustainable business growth across your territory. This position combines commercial responsibility with a strong clinical and educational focus, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of sales, science, and patient care.
Drive sales performance by achieving agreed sales targets and contributing to annual revenue and profitability goals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with interventional cardiologists, echocardiographers, and referring physicians
Actively develop your territory by analyzing market potential, tracking opportunities, and reporting on progress
Provide on-site clinical and technical support during structural heart procedures
Deliver field-based training and education programs for physicians and hospital staff
Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales, clinical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer support
Facilitate effective communication across hospital stakeholders to support procedure planning and successful clinical outcomes
Present structural heart technologies and clinical data to referring physicians
Monitor competitive activity and provide insights on customer needs, challenges, and opportunities
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
3+ years of experience in medical devices or a comparable combination of education and professional experience
Proven track record in sales performance and target achievement
Strong clinical mindset with the ability to support physicians in procedural environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong planning, prioritization, and territory management capabilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Good command of English and Italian (written and spoken)
High ethical standards, customer focus, and results-driven attitude
