Job Description
• Location: Nha Trang
• Sales Channel: GT - Traditional.
- Apply sales skills and leadership behaviors to drive long-term growth for Abbott Nutrition products in the region.
- Manage a team of 6–8 sales staff to develop new customers and expand current business.
- Build and maintain a reliable distribution network, ensuring product coverage and availability.
- Allocate work focus: 40% Business Management, 30% Customer Management, 30% Human Resources Management.
- Execute excellently at the sales point
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans by region, channel, and customer type.
- Manage distributors to ensure products and services are always available at optimal levels.
- Negotiate with distributors to increase working capital and strategic partnerships.
- Provide business advice to distributors, support maximizing ROI, and implement Abbott's priorities.
- Negotiate contracts with customers, providing mutually beneficial solutions.
- Train and develop the sales team, maintaining cohesion and personnel development.
- Analyze the market, identify regional potential to build appropriate plans and strategies.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the business field (preferably FMCG or dairy).
• At least 2 years of team management experience in the sales field.
• University/College graduate, preferably in Economics or Commerce.
Required Skills
• Problem-solving, negotiation, persuasive sales, business planning skills.
• Team management, ability to work under pressure, growth mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office, good English communication skills are an advantage.
• Good communication, quick, honest.
• Equivalent work experience as Sales Supervisor, Sale Team Leader in the dairy/FMCG/consumer sector.
• Experience and ability to manage and train large teams.
• Ability to go on field and handle high job pressure.
• Strong office computer skills: Reporting and data analysis, reading and understanding data.
