The Opportunity This position works out of our Tashkent location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing meetings and events: planning monthly events; preparing requests and approvals (1C, UDA); coordinating with suppliers; overseeing event preparation; preparing financial reports.
- Preparing quarterly reports.
- Managing promo materials: receiving, distribution, shipment to regions.
- Purchasing office supplies.
- Supporting procurement processes: supplier search, tender procedures, contract signing.
- Organizing business trips: tickets, transfers, logistics.
- Maintaining departmental documentation.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- English — written proficiency.
- Experience working with documents and Excel (formulas, tables).
- Willingness to learn, strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
