What you will do:

  • Achieve or exceed the sales target in your territory.

  • Use innovative strategies and resources to gain access to difficult-to-visit clients and improve results.

  • Differentiate Abbott's value proposition to all assigned providers and effectively resolve their objections or doubts.

  • Continuously strive to obtain information about the market: identification of customer needs, expectations, and challenges.

  • Exchange best practices with the rest of the team to favor the success of our business.

  • Provide training to healthcare professionals and patients about the features and services offered by our products.

Minimum requirements:

  • Mandatory minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative.

  • Mandatory very commercial profile, with convenient experience in hospital visits, endocrinology, and knowledge of diabetes, as well as knowledge of primary care. Not mandatory but highly valued.

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, health sciences or similar.

  • A good level of English is highly valued.

  • Knowledge of healthcare technology will be valued.
