The Position
The position will be filled in the Bavaria region in the Structural Heart department at Abbott Medical GmbH. Our mission is to restore health and improve the quality of life by developing and providing device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart diseases.
Your Tasks:
- Sales responsibility for the assigned target customers
- Implementation of tailored concepts and strategies for TAVI business development
- Customer support, especially to commercial partners, purchasing, and controlling as well as doctors and users
- Responsibility for all professional and administrative activities in customer service
- Maintenance of existing customers and customer acquisition
- Preparation and execution of cooperation contracts
- Presence at local and national symposia
Your Qualification:
- Completed degree - ideally in economics or medical technology - or equivalent professional training
- Several years of successful professional experience in sales, preferably with TAVI experience
- Skill in dealing with various decision-makers in the hospital staff
- Structured and process-oriented working method
- Very good negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication and team skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards change
- High travel willingness, initiative, and above-average commitment
- Very good German and good English skills
