This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM). As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve Sales Plan, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories.
  • Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories.
  • Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories.
  • Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers.
  • Provide training to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members.
  • Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc.
  • Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends.
  • Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to Abbott's requirements.
  • Assist in clinical research, when necessary.

Other Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as back-up for other team members.
  • To be on call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours.
  • Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore's policy and requirement.
  • Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore.
  • Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott Medical Asia and Abbott Medical Singapore are executed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science.
  • Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical or related field.
  • Preferably with related hospital working experience, familiar with workflow and processes in the hospital.
  • Candidates without related qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
  • Some sales experience is preferred.
