1. Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders; establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily work for existing or potential business relationships.
2. Plan weekly and monthly work to be approved by the Sales Channel Manager. Implement the approved plan.
3. Understand and know the attributes, packaging, price, advantages and disadvantages of the product, similar products, and competitor products.
4. Understand the customer contact process, the process of handling information complaints, the process of receiving and resolving customer information, and fully record according to the forms of these processes.
5. Contact customers and record all customer information in the customer contact report. Report the content of customer contact in the day to the Business Development Team Leader.
6. Draft contracts after the customer has basically agreed, and transfer them to the Sales Team Leader for advice on contract terms. Proceed to sign the contract, save the copy of the contract, and transfer the original to the Sales Team Leader, one original to the accounting department.
7. Directly implement and supervise the implementation of the contract, including the procedures for delivery, invoicing, and quality inspection of the delivered products with the customer.
8. Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
9. Monitor the contract settlement process, assist the accounting department in urging outstanding debts, only responsible when the customer has completed payment.
10. Trade, understand customer needs. Search for potential customers.
11. Update job knowledge through work, reading business and marketing books; maintain customer relationships.
12. Develop business in the assigned area.
13. Take care of customers and sell according to the scheduled schedule.
