Deliver sales results, in accordance with your quota and market share at a national level. Compliance with key performance indicators of brand (KPIs), financial goals, brand objectives, etc. to meet or exceed those objectives. Handle objections and concerns effectively and consistently obtain logical and reasonable calls to action to close each sales opportunity. Aim to meet the needs, challenges, and expectations of customers in a proactive and continuous manner, in order to build reliable relationships with clients. Develop and execute a plan to contact doctors, achieve established visit metrics and optimize coverage and frequency to contact key clients and thus maximize access and sales opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial areas such as: sales, training, brand associate, professional sales internships. Preferably with a proven track record of success in sales performance within therapeutic areas. Experience in eye care. 1-2 years of experience as a sales representative. Management of expense reports and CRM medical visit.
