Job Description
Meet financial and market objectives within the Immunology Business Unit in the Private channel through strategic and tactical execution, effective management of assigned accounts, building and strengthening client relationships, and a capacity for conflict resolution always putting the patient and their needs at the center of our actions.
- Development of a strategic-tactical plan
- Development of a comprehensive plan for managing opinion leaders within the private market
- Strategic and effective management of available resources both those related to investment and time allocated achieving thus a maximization of the same that allow to contribute with a greater Return on Investment.
- Deep understanding of client needs, the variables that exist in the territory achieving thus a constant trust building with the main clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years verifiable experience in the commercial area within the pharmaceutical sector. Preferably experience in rheumatology.
- Indispensable experience in medical visits in the private sector
- Travel availability: 50% of the total time (air and/or land travel)
- Desirable: Experience in products related to the area of immunology, preferably in rheumatology.
- Strategic and tactical thinking to build and follow up on brand objectives.
- Experience in consistently achieving and surpassing sales objectives as well as market indicators such as MS and Market Evolution
- Preparation and delivery of expense accounts, reports, and information within established times.
- Visit report and CRM management
- Management of digital tools for analysis, promotion, sales, and reporting activities.
- Knowledge and full adherence to ethics policies and compliance in the main processes.
- Completed bachelor's degree in health areas, pharmaceutical or in business such as administration, marketing, or finance.
