Sales Specialist

Work model: On-site | Location: São Paulo, SP

What You'll Do

  • Lead the full upsell sales cycle for Brazilian partners, including pitch preparation, presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for service-related initiatives, coordinating handovers, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and partners.
  • Conduct compelling commercial pitches and presentations to attract new partners and expand existing partnerships.
  • Organize and manage all partner-related documentation, including contracts, files, and other relevant materials.
  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, including clients, product and project managers, and commercial leadership.
  • Operate independently, demonstrating autonomy in day-to-day sales activities, prospecting, meetings, and proposal execution.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in account management or partner success.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to balance relationship building with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to structure proposals, cross-analyze data, and deliver high-quality presentations.
  • Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders and leading initiatives independently.
  • Experience in managing documentation, contracts, and organizational processes related to sales and services.
  • Advanced English proficiency
