In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal departments. You'll be the right hand for our sales managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from order placement to fulfillment.

Provides support for the sales team, including preparing presentations for trade shows, compiling information for reports, and creating and maintaining sales promotional campaigns in BC365 (NAV)/Sales Force (CRM).
Process new customer set-up requests in Sales Force (CRM) and set up in BC365 (NAV).
Work with the International Sales Department when needed – help with documentation for international shipments, Government programs (MAPS), and help resolve shipping and customs clearance issues.
Help with collection issues regarding obtaining past due payment status from customers, as requested by the accounting department.
Crosstrain for backup.
Process sales orders, credit memos, sample order requests, donation requests and .com invoicing. Respond to requests, including shipment tracking, PO status, and shipping department correspondence and issues.
What you need to thrive in this role:
High School Diploma / GED
3-5 years' related experience in customer service, sales, or order entry
Microsoft Office Suite experience required
BC365(NAV) and Sales Force (CRM) experience preferred
Able to compose business letters, write reports, develop presentations and proof the written communication of the sales managers.
Empathetic and patient when speaking with customers, brokers, sales managers and consumers in a professional manner.
Possess the ability to be a decisive problem-solver and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
