1. Maintain existing business relationships and receive orders; establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily work for existing or potential business relationships.
2. Plan weekly and monthly work and submit to the sales channel manager for approval. Execute according to the approved plan.
3. Understand and know the attributes, packaging, price, and advantages of the product, similar products, and competitor products.
4. Be aware of customer contact procedures, complaint handling procedures, and customer information reception and resolution procedures. Record all according to the relevant forms.
5. Contact customers and record all customer information in the customer contact report. Report daily customer contact content to the business group leader.
6. Draft contracts after the customer has agreed in principle, consult with the sales group leader for contract terms. Proceed with contract signing, store contract copies, and transfer the original to the sales group leader and accounting department.
7. Directly implement and supervise contract execution, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and product quality inspection with the customer.
