Job Description

1. Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders; establish new business relationships by planning and organizing daily work for existing or potential business relationships.

2. Plan weekly and monthly work to be approved by the Sales Channel Manager. Follow the approved plan.

3. Understand and know the attributes, packaging, price, advantages and disadvantages of the product, similar products, and competitor products.

4. Understand the customer contact process, complaint handling process, customer information reception and resolution process, and fully record these processes according to the relevant forms.

5. Contact customers and record all customer information in the customer contact report. Report the content of customer contact for the day to the Business Group Manager.

6. Draft contracts after the customer has basically agreed, and submit them to the Sales Group Manager for review of the contract terms. Proceed with the contract signing procedure, save the contract copy, and transfer the original to the Sales Group Manager and the accounting department.

7. Directly implement and supervise the implementation of the contract, including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and product quality inspection with the customer.

8. Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, etc.

9. Monitor the contract liquidation process, assist the accounting department in pursuing outstanding debts, and take responsibility only when the customer has completed payment.

10. Conduct transactions, understand customer needs. Search for potential customers.

11. Update job knowledge through work, reading business and marketing books; maintain customer relationships.

12. Develop business in the assigned area.

13. Take care of customers and sales according to the scheduled schedule.
