In this role you will be responsible for Commercial Support, in Product Business in Korea, ensuring accurate data management, effective order processing, reliable commercial operations, and smooth coordination across Medium Speed & Low Speed projects. Reporting to the Sales manager of Low and Medium speed Korea, you will support sales and service activities, manage ATURB data, and ensure timely commercial handling with OEM partners, licensees, and shipyards.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer inquiry handling
• Order handling
• Delivery management (weekly–daily, esp. 4-stroke)
• Documentation handling (class certification, etc.)
• Specification management
• Part management
• Claim handling
• Matching/Conversion parts return

Forecasting & commercial follow-up

• Forecast preparation
• Contract preparation
• MS & LS overdue follow-up
• Handling commercial issues
• Cost handling

Sales support

• Project creation & update
• MS Project list / LS Project list maintenance
• Reports (M/S, figures, project checking, etc.)
• Open Forecast check & follow-up
• Market intelligence support
• Handling various requests (ATURB, NB TCs, reports, etc.)

Your background:

• 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Support, Order Processing, or Engine/Turbocharger-related industries with Marine Industry or Manufacturing Industry
• Sound knowledge of commercial operations, order handling, project coordination and the marine market
• Knowledge of data management, sales/commercial reporting tools, and project management processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and service teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Mechanical/Marine Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in English and Korean
• Current driver's license valid in Korea and ability to travel domestically /internationally
