What would you do?
Performing activities as per task list delegated by Inside Sales (Inbound) Lead e.g., running system reports, preparing and distributing status reports, creating and maintaining study documents. Performing subject level data review that require further investigation with the clinical site to determine overall accuracy (inclusion / exclusion criteria / IP / adverse events / labs / SAEs etc. For the Workflow, Seller will provide the client services to the pre-existing customers, on their currently running Ad products and ad campaigns, by providing strategic advertising, advisory and back-end support as after sales service.
What are we looking for?
Manage a portfolio of medium-size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for customer success, managing risks, and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement. Cold-call clients within a book of business to help generate growth, and a further return on investment. Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies. Must adaptively diagnose, resolve, and track end user issues/opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and best practices provided. Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to develop and optimize advertiser's campaigns. Collaborate within the sales team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience. Identify key client stakeholders, including C-level and business owners, to support Customer Business Objectives and annual digital marketing plans. Assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions. Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders. Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement. Experience working with CRM systems. Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills. 1-3 years of experience.
