Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing software sales team. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts.

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting leads into customers. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of potential customers using AI-enabled CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineers, account executives, and sales leaders to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales lead targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help improve product and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Assist with RFP preparation and submission to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Travel, as needed.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience making cold reach-outs and handling objections.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) along with the ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical audiences.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in B2B software sales.
  • Knowledge of mortgage industry vertical.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Linked In Sales Navigator, Kompyte, RPFio).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
