Join Accenture's Danish Financial Services team leading transformational sales with our largest banking and insurance clients. You'll partner with C-suite executives where brand meets technology—AI-driven operations, strategies, core system modernization, and digital reinvention. We're looking for relationship builders with 7-10 years of consulting-led sales experience and an established network across Denmark's financial institutions.

Partner with senior Client Account Leads and build trust from technical teams to Boards

Present compelling business cases to C-suite, connecting their strategic challenges to our differentiated solutions

Cultivate deep relationships across all decision-making levels in client organizations

Develop account strategies and accurately forecast pipeline opportunities

Lead the full sales cycle: origination - qualification - proposal - negotiation - contract

Identify expansion opportunities through exceptional client partnerships and delivery excellence

Based in Copenhagen with occasional Nordic/European travel.

You'll navigate stakeholder complexity at Denmark's leading financial institutions, architecting solutions spanning brand to infrastructure, and closing transformational deals. This is strategic advisory selling—where your credibility opens doors and your business acumen keeps them open.

7-10 years relationship management and consulting-led sales in Banking or Insurance

Track record of €M+ deal closure in financial services

Network of senior decision-makers across Danish financial institutions

Entrepreneurial spirit with keen business instincts

Persuasive communicator who facilitates executive-level strategic discussions

Strong planning skills; thrives managing multiple complex opportunities

Fluent in Danish and English | University degree

Connects long-term vision to execution

Builds consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

High drive and achievement orientation

Comfortable with technology and digital transformation

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Motivates cross-functional teams in matrix environments
