Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets. Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, or similar platforms. Experience in managing sales pipeline and opportunities. Leading reviews and meetings for pipeline commitments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and sales team. Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of sales principles and processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to establish strong client relationship. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Adaptable and flexible. Collaboration and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills.

A Sales Opportunity Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team, assisting with lead generation, managing customer information, preparing sales materials, and coordinating activities to ensure smooth sales processes, ultimately contributing to achieving sales targets by facilitating effective opportunity management throughout the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include lead qualification and management, sales process support, customer account management, data analysis and reporting, and administrative tasks.
