Sales Development Representative

At Accenture Song we are looking for a Sales Development Representative with a strong commercial attitude and result orientation to drive the growth of the affiliate program, leading prospecting, contact, and closing processes, with a focus on converting leads and incorporating accounts with real commercial potential.

Responsabilities of the role:

• Drive the growth of the program through the generation, contact, qualification, and closing of new affiliate registrations.
• Operational–commercial role, with a strong focus on cold prospecting and contact.
• Structured follow-up of the end-to-end process until definitive registration.
• Support of the document validation process and reporting.
• Management of the volume of registrations of the assigned site, prioritizing quality and commercial potential.
• Coordination of 1:1 instances with potential affiliates.

Challenges of the position:

• Optimize the conversion of cold leads into active accounts.
• Minimize the "Sign Off".
• Secure affiliates.

We are looking for:

• 3/4 years of experience in similar roles
• High commercial attitude, proactivity, and result orientation.
• Previous experience in sales, commercial development, or SDR roles.
• Ability to work by objectives and metrics.
• Fluent management of digital contact channels and follow-up tools.

Modality:

• Hybrid modality, presence 2 times per week in Capital Federal.
