We are looking for ambitious, people-oriented, and curious Senior Account Executives ready to join our growth journey and contribute to our inclusive mission.

You will be part of a dynamic context, part of a rapidly expanding international scale-up, becoming a key player in generating new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct consultative product demos of AccessiWay, understanding clients' needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, negotiating terms and conditions in line with company policies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from demo to contract closing.
  • Build strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders of public and private companies.
  • Collaborate closely with SDR, Account Manager, Marketing, and other teams to maximize commercial effectiveness.
  • Use the company CRM for structured and precise management of the pipeline and activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulations related to digital accessibility.
  • Contribute actively to the sales team culture with initiative, curiosity, and a desire to grow.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales roles (e.g., Account Executive), or similar, with a focus on managing new business (from demo presentation, offer presentation, and negotiation to contract closing).
  • Strong results orientation, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organization and autonomy in managing activities in a dynamic context.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and good proficiency in English (at least B2 level).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or digital solution sales.
  • Background in tech/digital/IT.
  • Interest in inclusion, accessibility, and social impact.
