✨ About The Role
- The Regional Vice President, National Sales will lead and inspire a team of Account Executives to acquire new clients across all targeted industries in the National segment
- Responsible for developing portfolio and account strategies to support annual contracted targets for the team
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Revenue Operations to implement an Account Based Acquisition approach
- Manage the pipeline and forecast contracted bookings through strong administration skills using Salesforce.com
- Work under the general supervision of the VP, Sales, Americas, and contribute to Achievers' mission to Change the Way the World Works
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced sales leader with a background in Enterprise Software (SaaS) and a proven track record of success in selling to HR, operations, procurement, and C-level executives
- Skilled in managing a team of Account Executives, providing dynamic leadership, and driving sales success through negotiation, relationship building, and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to deliver solutions to clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to hire, coach, and develop team members
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and possess a Bachelor's degree
