Wireless Sales Manager

Leads, coaches, guides, advises, mentors, recruits, develops, and manages a team that drives sales for the biggest wireless brands in the industry by motivating a team of part-time and/or full-time Wireless Professionals/Specialists to achieve sales and business targets. Sales Managers are assigned a territory of two to five retail stores. Responsible for building and maintaining long-term trusting partnerships with store leadership and associates. Maintains current industry specific detailed technical knowledge. Forges synergy by maintaining effective business relationships at all levels with a team-based culture of inclusion. Uses rigid ethical considerations to guide decisions and act in accordance with company values. Exceptional skills in customer service, time management, self-confidence, flexibility, analysis, accountability, practicality, presentation, and communication.

Responsibilities include: driving sales by leading a team of high-performance sales representatives, coaching and training the team to continuously improve sales performance, building and maintaining long-term trusting relationships with representatives, management/corporate support teams, and the local client team, evaluating and implementing all operational best practices that support, promote, or enhance business direction, creating a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent, communicating via assigned methods to management all assigned reports on region/territory and/or representative/team activities by assigned due dates, maintaining awareness of all issues that arise from staff, client, or customers, following through with action plans timely and consistently in collaboration with management and/or Human Resources within forty-eight hours, educating representatives on all aspects of position assignments/service orders to effectively position client product and process success, ensuring team meets productivity and performance requirements, assisting team to overcome challenges regarding reaching metrics and other performance issues, complying with contract budget, meeting regularly with management and support services teams to ensure excellent customer service and to ensure that client/contract expectations are being met or exceeded, proactively recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Wireless Professionals/Specialists, ensuring that all candidates are screened and interviewed in a legal, professional manner and on a timely basis, maintaining staffing levels consistent with contractual obligations, contacting all internal and external candidate leads received within twenty-four hours and maintaining applicant tracking system status compliance as provided, ensuring completion of on-boarding requirements within one to four days of offer extension, ensuring all new hire employment processes are completed accurately, timely, legally, and in compliance with company and/or client policies, following up with representatives on late and/or missing data, accountable for ensuring that team members receive all necessary product and technology training to achieve expected successful proficiency levels and/or service order compliance, forging synergy by maintaining smooth, effective work relationships at all levels, promoting a winning, team-based culture of inclusion, aligning resources to accomplish all objectives, and other duties as assigned to improve performance of self or others.

Qualifications include: minimum education and work experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in industry name required, 2 years management experience in retail sales environment, excellent communication skill required, proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills, ability to drive results by leading others, and physical requirements including seeing, listening, and carrying (15 – lbs).
