About The Position

The Sales Manager at Acres.com will be instrumental in building and scaling a predictable SMB sales growth engine. They will lead, coach, and develop the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, focusing on driving pipeline creation, maintaining forecast accuracy, and enforcing critical sales processes and CRM hygiene (HubSpot). This role requires a strong grasp of pipeline science, sales coaching, and cross-functional leadership, with a preference for candidates experienced in a SaaS startup environment and based in or willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead & coach SDR + AE pods with daily/weekly cadences.
  • Drive pipeline creation (3–4× coverage) and enforce qualification criteria.
  • Deliver forecast accuracy (±10%) and enforce CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Hire, ramp, and develop high-performing reps with structured plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, CS, and Product.
  • Bubble up competitive insights, ICP feedback, and packaging/pricing gaps.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring, training, and mentoring sales teams
  • Experience coordinating sales events and outreach - organization and facilitation
  • Experience in, or strong preference for, working in a SaaS startup environment
  • Exposure supporting sales or directly selling into Fortune 500, developers, lenders, and brokerages
  • Based in Northwest Arkansas or willing to fully relocate before start date.
