Seeking a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow connectivity revenue within the Drone, Robotics, and Autonomous Systems vertical across the Western United States. This is a hunter-first role built for a seller who understands OEM design cycles, can engage credibly with hardware engineers and program managers, and has the relationships and market presence to open new logos and drive them from evaluation through production ramp.

• Deep technical acumen: fluency with embedded architectures, ARM-based SOM platforms, wireless connectivity (LTE/5G, Wi-Fi, GNSS), and Edge AI/ML concepts
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months) from engineering evaluation through procurement close
• Strong Salesforce CRM discipline; history of accurate forecasting and pipeline management

• Located in or willing to relocate to the Seattle, WA or Portland, OR metro area
Preferred:
• Experience selling into UAS/ISR programs, defense prime sub-tiers, or autonomous vehicle OEMs
