A family owned construction company specializing in asphalt paving, concrete, and site services across the St. Louis region. The team works with municipalities, commercial property owners, general contractors, and property managers.

The organization is entering a major growth phase and expanding its service lines. They are seeking a driven Construction Sales and Estimator professional who excels at building long term client relationships, generating new opportunities, and winning work that drives revenue and sustained growth.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Identify and pursue new project opportunities across the St. Louis market
• Actively pursue new opportunities and generate new business
• Build relationships with property managers, commercial clients, municipalities, and general contractors
• Visit job sites and meet with clients to understand project needs
• Prepare estimates and proposals for asphalt paving, concrete, and site work projects
• Manage bids from initial contact through project award
• Maintain an active pipeline of new opportunities
• Follow up on proposals and close new work
• Work closely with our operations team and the customer/tenants to ensure successful project delivery

Experience Level: Entry Level

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
