Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the engine of our sales pipeline — generating leads, engaging prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career with the drive to grow into an Account Executive role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT, SPICED, or similar
  • Meeting Setting: Book discovery meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives
  • CRM Management: Log activities and manage pipelines using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Performance: Consistently hit or exceed KPIs for outreach volume and meetings booked
