✨ About The Role

- The Outbound Account Executive will manage a book of business made up of core ICP accounts and engage in strategic account tiering. - Daily prospecting to build a new business pipeline is a key responsibility, with an emphasis on creativity in outreach efforts. - The role involves deep discovery to understand the problem, impact, and solution using the Sandler methodology. - The OAE will manage the full sales cycle of deals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a team selling mindset. - Weekly idea sharing sessions will be part of the role, focusing on innovative approaches and their outcomes.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of quota-carrying experience in a SaaS solution selling environment, with a focus on outbound sourced pipeline. - A self-motivated and driven attitude is essential, as the role requires working towards achieving new goals independently. - Candidates should possess proven consultative sales solution skills and be familiar with cold calling, email, and online marketing. - The successful individual will have experience selling into the Small and Mid-Market/Commercial segment. - Being highly coachable and eager to learn and grow is crucial for success in this position.
