Senior Sales Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Sales Analyst to serve as the strategic bridge between our Sales and Finance teams. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth through data-driven insights, sales performance optimization, and financial analysis. You'll be the go-to person for revenue intelligence, working directly with our Chief Sales Officer and VP of Finance to optimize sales performance and ensure accurate financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales operations or revenue operations combined with solid financial analysis skills in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze sales results, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies
  • Monitor key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn) and provide insights on revenue performance by segment, product, and sales team
  • Track sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity across all stages of the sales funnel
  • Partner with Sales leadership to diagnose performance gaps and identify growth opportunities

Forecasting & Financial Planning:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to build accurate revenue forecasts and support annual planning processes
  • Maintain rolling forecasts with variance analysis and provide regular updates to executive leadership
  • Develop financial models for sales compensation, quota setting, and ROI analysis of sales initiatives

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting for sales performance and revenue metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy across CRM, ERP, and BI systems; reconcile discrepancies between Sales and Finance reporting
  • Provide regular business reviews and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making

Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align on targets, processes, and outcomes
  • Support sales leadership with territory planning, quota setting, and performance management
  • Collaborate on pricing analysis, deal profitability assessment, and revenue recognition guidance
