The Director of Sales works with the Regional Leader to grow the business and increase referrals for all AdaptHealth product lines in their assigned territory. This includes the development of a strategic sales plan as well as the identification of new opportunities and referral sources. This position requires substantial knowledge of the local referral base and the local competitive landscape.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
· Expert-level knowledge of California insurance plans, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
· Minimum 4 years of sales leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or HME/HH services (Medicare certified preferred).
· Demonstrated success in sales strategy, team development, and market expansion.
· Previous experience with DME or care transitions is a strong plus.
· Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
