Addison Group is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator for our publicly traded technology manufacturing customer located in Downers Grove. This entry-level role is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate who is interested in building a career in sales. The position provides hands-on experience supporting a high-profile account, assisting with customer communication, sales coordination, and account development.

The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist account representatives with administrative support, customer outreach, and sales tasks. This role includes regular communication with customers, supporting account visits, and managing sales-related processes. The position is based in Downers Grove, with travel to downtown Chicago 2–4 times per month (travel reimbursed).

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day sales support for account representatives.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and inventory.
• Assist with quotes, demo requests, allocation requests, and order follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
• Support customer visits, events, and training sessions with account managers.
• Serve as an additional point of contact for a large account, strengthening relationships.
• Assist with outreach campaigns and ongoing customer engagement.
• Escalate issues and ensure timely resolution when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
• 0–2 years of experience; customer service or sales background strongly preferred (retail acceptable).
• Ability to learn and work with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales or account management.
• Technical aptitude; ProAV experience is a plus, but not required.

Additional details:
