An Addison Group client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 / year + performance-based incentive program

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries through to final delivery

• Prepare proposals, review details with customers, and close sales opportunities

• Maintain strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Coordinate and process customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail

• Manage orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timeliness and customer satisfaction

• Enter and track data in CRM systems, following up on open requests and opportunities

• Research and develop new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred

• Strong business acumen and sales mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office applications

• Strong math skills with good analytical and reasoning abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

• Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and reliability

• Professional presence and high ethical standards
